Fair

We are honest and accountable, treating everyone with care, sensitivity and respect.

Being fair means being considerate of the circumstances of a situation, and using good judgement to act appropriately and make the right decisions. It means delivering the best possible service for each person on an individual basis and giving people the respect they deserve. It means respecting people’s different needs, and making sure they get the service their circumstances call for. We also need to be able to explain how we have used our judgement and why we have handled situations in the way that we have or made the decisions that we have made.
